Abstract

The study aims to identify the indicators of university professor formation according to standards of quality in higher education from the viewpoint of second year Master students in psychology at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’sila; where we investigated the opinions of the sample members through a questionnaire, which was prepared to know available academic and personal skills indicators in the formation of university professor according to students, in the frame of quality standards in higher education, by defining the conceptual framework of university professor formation and also the concept of quality in higher education. After investigation, results showed the presence of indicators on university professor academic formation and of his personal skills in the frame of higher education quality according to second year Master students in psychology at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’sila.
